Hi
I know this is old but carnt find the answer doing a search. A couple of years ago Autocom fitted a system to my then new 1200 taking the power from the back of the Auxiliary socket. I then suffered with it constantly cutting out. At the time a number of GS owners were having the same problem with powereing accessories from the socket. BMW's answer was that as it wasn't a BMW accessory it may not work from their socket and they weren't interested anyway. I moved the feed to one of the wires from the diagnostic socket and never had another problem. My question is, is this still a problem (I've ordered a new 1200) or has it been sorted by either BMW or Autocom.
Thanks

...with the 1150 it's wired to a feed which is live with the ignition on.
