One way of increasing fuel capacity without buying a new bike?

Twin auxilliary fuel tanks from Tourtank provide an additional 15 litres of fuel (US gallons are smaller than imperial).

I once had a auxilliary tank fitted to a my R1100 RS
Only really worth using on long trips and gave a range of around 375 miles. Suited my riding at the time, now I still ride long distances I just take more time. I do like a good range and it remains a high prority for any bike I own 200 miles is a minimum, 300 is good.

Looks like the warp drives off the USS Enterprise.

I'm planning on going with those Aqualine tanks sold by Core Racing in the UK or the 12 ADV tank if it fits.

Doesn't look like a smart place to put all that weight

You may have a point, but they may need the height to gravity feed the fuel.
It would be worth concidering your insurance companies acceptance :mmmm
