I have tried and tried to find the tiniest picture to change my avatar......They are all too big..I have on disc tiny mobile pics etc but says they are all too big even though they are a fraction of the maximum size required..

Help

When you decide which photo you want to use, if you're stuck you can e-mail it to me at work and I can adjust it for you.

Can some kind person resize an animated picture for me ;) or put it on a web thingy and tell me in VERY SIMPLE terms how to use it as my avatar
