I saw someone bleating about being charged for administration by these guys a while back.(just coz he bought his bike elsewhere)
:thumb2I would like to go into bat for them in a big way.:thumb2

Im on my fifth bike from these blokes now (due in part to sister in laws driving... forgiven but not forgotten:angel!!!). And never had anything but superb service.

First bike was 1150gs killed in action so bought a 1200gs, this was an absolute:eek: pig so traded in for a new one. This was an absolute joy no problems in 6500 miles,. I got offered a deal on a cancelled order GSA so leapt at it (literally coz Im short!!). This started to misbehave a bit so I had a "Chat":thedummy with the dealer who gave me what can only be described (I wont tell, honest Steve!!:D) as unbelievable deal to swap on to a brand new one.

Ive never been excessively charged for anything from these blokes and have never been treated badly or rudely (to my face:augie) by anyone there.

EVERY porblem had been addressed promptly and efiiciently, I have always been offered a loan bike so have never been left wheel less.
These are a dying bread of family run dealers and should be supported and applauded for the service they give.:clap:clap

(For those of you who counted, bike number 5 is a 650gs for hooning around town on!!)

Yep agree.
Just bought a new RT from them and on the first service I was offered a loan bike, no paperwork required (suppose they had it on file). then again when I had to take it back to get engine map reprogrammed, was offered loan bike.
I have had many a 6hr test ride on their bikes in the last couple of years, without buying one

I agree - those chaps at Northampton do seem to understand what 'customer service' means - which is so often lacking at motorcycle dealers in general.

Exceptional Service!

Over the Christmas break I decided to fit my new Hella DE's and a NN microswitch. To do this required me removing the tank.

During the time the tank was off, I noticed that the bracket which holds the engine bar to the frame had fractured along the weld!

As the bike still has the BMW warranty (just) I booked her in and dropped her down to the garage, and while booking in asked them just to give her a check over.

On collecting my baby from the dealership, not only does she have a completely new set of engine bars - both sides, but also a new engine front plate!

Mine was corroded, but to replace what would be a £ 300 repair FOC is fantastic

So, very very well done.
