Hi, travelling up to hexham 15th june for the reivers boreen, left it a bit late for accomodation, any recommendations for the above with secure parking for the bike? Only one night accomodation needed. thanks in advance

Why do people do that?.... Ask if anyone knows of a decent BnB or hotel is in this (or any) area?
I wouldn't know, I live here so, I go home for the night.........:rob

If places in Hexham are booked out try in Haltwhistle just along the A69.

It's a while since I stayed there but it has a number of hotels, inns & B&Bs. This one is in the centre of town and we parked our bikes in the yard at the back
http://www.themanorhousehaltwhistle.co.uk/ - looking at Tripadvisor it is getting decent reviews now.

Seems the Spotted Cow pub which served excellent food is now a private house. Shame but a sign of the times.
