Picked this up over the weekend. Pleased so far. There's a few things that need sorting but overall she's very clean:D

One thing though, it has a remus exhaust and I really don't like it. Lot's of noise but no appreciable performance benefit.

Does anyone have a standard exhaust muffler for sale? It does not need to be mint but in nice condition would be a bonus.

See you on the road:thumb2

Pm incoming!

Actually scratch that, you don't seem to have Pm's.

How much are you looking for?

Also, how much is a remus titanium worth? It's in very good condition.

Cheapest one on eBay is £45 GBP + postage.
I'd say €30 and you're good to go !

Perfect.

My number is o ate six three five four three seven two six. Perhaps you could give me a bell over the next few days and we can figure this out.

Well, I'm working until late tonight so any time tomorrow that suits you!

Hi Airhead Eire, I think I missed a call from you a short while ago but no message. Phone was on silent, it's now at full volume!

Thanks for the tip about the rear brake caliber.

The pads hit the ground in the process and one split in half...

Remus exhaust work fine with a Remus baffle. Non give any performance boost unless the cat is removed. Even then it needs a remap or power commander to benefit

Heap of shite it's turned out to be so far. I've gotta replace the bevel box. Ffs.

On the positive. Engine is good and it's very lacking in corrosion. I wish to note that it's not a necessarily positive feature. There's a double negative for you!

the seller is gonna me a few quid so it's ok but damn. Another rough GS purchase. Buyer beware and I'm obviously an easy touch.

Anyone bought Fifa for the Xbox one?

I'm holding onto the remus for the moment but want a standard can too until I can get it mapped.

Bought a bevel box today...

Howdy, yes all is well with the world. It's quiet in Dublin because I've hardly been off it all weekend! What a great bike! A few niggles but I'll get those sorted in due course. First off is the chicken strips...

In terms of the spin back, I had a grand spin but started to get tired half way home (amazing how much random side roads deteriorate into rutted tracks if you investigate them) so I joined the motorway and tucked in behind what I thought was a steady Eddie and when I got home the whole front of the bike including myself was covered in oil. That car must have been spraying oil on me for a good few miles. Anyway, it's going to stay dirty. Looks better that way!

The one thing I need to do is to 'de polish' the seat. I used some vulcanet wipes on it recently and its slippier than a knob of butter at the moment.
