Bad casting of front wheel hub.

I spent 25yrs + in the armed forces so I can take banter with the best of them. .

Funny, but ex services are always banging on about taking banter and it seems to be the opposite case on ukgser

The last person on ukgser to throw his toys out of the pram over some "banter" about the bmw jacket he was selling was ex-services.
He'd removed all the labels . Apparently he said it's what ex-service people do, as they are independent and think outside the box. And he said he could take banter.

Ended up he was going to hunt people down and inflict pain. I always wondered if he managed to sell his jacket.

I agreed to buy that and set up a meeting to exchange....Instead, I got some crack forces in and we broke into the Iranian Embassy and put him in the Christmas decorations cupboard.

Im thinking that the roughening of the hub may well effect the centrifugal force on the wheel, make it difficult to balance and may induce a tank slapper. I would recommend the fitting of a steering damper on it.

I personally think that the OP has a right to be unhappy with this quality of finish. If you got a new car and the alloy was finished like that nobody would bat an eye lid and would be on his side

There just seem to be some folks on here that just like to argue for the sake of it. That said, I won't be checking my wheels for issues as I'm really bonding with my bike now my faults have been repaired....don't want to upset myself
