Had a minor prang in the green hills of Wales on Sunday and broke one of the rear clips on my Bagster tank bag. One phone call to Baglux and they sent replacement parts free of charge first class post. Now that's what I call service :clap

Whay can't Touratech be like that? I'm still phoning round trying to buy one screw for my headlight protector. TT will only sell me a whole new one for £20.00 :spitfire

Touracrap will act they way they do for as long as so many people continue to fawn over them and fail to go elsewhere or buy alternative kit.
There`s nothing in their catalogue that`s an indispensible essential or that an alternative can`t be bought for...or even locally fabricated using a bit of imagination and insight.

What`s the screw you need,mate ??

Post a piccy or PM a description. :thumb
