choose a warm day, leave the cover in the sun to warm up, take the side panels off, take the front seat off.
put the cover in approx the right place and start threading the straps - be careful not to affest the steering with the front ones.
when all straps are attached start tightening them gradually in rotation - ensure that the filler hole stays in place.
Fianal tighten should be very tight.
Put side panels back on - if clips are in the way then tighten a bit more.
finally check it all in a few days as sometimes the vinyl stretches and you have to retighten the straps.
Loop the front straps to stop then being annoying - I would reccommend not cutting them as it is easier to reattach if they are full length.
One very worthwhile mod for me was fitting extension straps to the rear of the tank bag to make it sit a little further forward (to me all Baglux covers have the tank bag to far to the rear) and I could post some info/photos if anyone is interested
