Just thought I'd put a quick word up here about the service I received from Bahnstormer today. I've read a few tales of woe regarding first services on the forum but the experience I had was faultless. Warm reception on arrival, nothing was too much trouble, the guys in the parts department spent time with me deciding on my new helmet size, (sadly they only had the £850 carbon one in my size which although felt like wearing nothing is a little too much for me), tested a new bike (want one as well by the way, new HP2), as much coffee as I wanted, I could go on. The bill at the end? £38 for fluids.
Paul and co, if you read this thanks for a great way to spend time whilst the bike was being done, I'll be putting miles on the GS so I can come back!
Thanks again.

i take my f 650 gs to them to, had first service 2 weeks ago now and ever since i walked in their door for the first time i always get a warm welcome and as much coffee as i want and helpful advice,

i cannot fault anything.

been ordering extra parts etc and when have a few more pennies a few more things will appear on my bike.

Just another word of praise for the boys at Farringdon, Darren in the parts department in particular. :thumb

Due to my impending purchase of an 1150 GSA, I popped down there earlier to try on a Rallye 2 suit for size, basically because I had an opportunity to get one for a decent price but was unsure of the sizing. Anyway, I tried the size I had an offer on and found it was too big. Seeing my disappointment, and a sale , Darren asks... "How much would you be happy to pay?"... Long story short and £350 later I'm the proud owner of a brand new jkt, saving £65+ in the process. No haggling.

Ok, the jkt wasn't cheap, but when you know an outlet will give you a decent discount it'll bring you back again

They get my vote, and cash:blast
