BAKERY RIDE OUT 27-12- 2011

ps Great work on the 990 Michael :clap

He certainly doesn't hold back on it does he.
Another face put to a name as I rode for you both a little in the afternoon.
Decided to head back to the pub a little early after it cut out although it ran fine after and started first go this morning. However if I hadn't you could be sure it would have packed up in the middle of no-where in the dark.

Another who were you ...
The chap I was talking too (from I think Leicestershire, also owns a 1200) with the nice xchallenge on a N.I plate.

Thanks to Steve and Beck for another great event. :beerjug:

Thanks also to the run leaders and tail enders. :beerjug:

Anyone mind if I use some of the pics that have been posted so far to include in the ride report for the Oxford TRF Newsletter? For those of you who have not posted your pics, what are you waiting for, I've got a deadline of 12th January to work to......... :D

Imber

Does anyone know when the imber road is closed down? I am thinking of getting out there again on a second run before we go back to work. Probably 2nd Jan if others are up for it (will be a swift pace though)

If not, I will just do the Tidworth enduro instead....

Mike, i think it's open until the 6th of jan, but haven't been able to get through on the MOD answerphone service to find out.

The MOD have an access line (answerphone) which tells you which parts of the 'plain are open. number is 01980 674763.

Tidworth enduro?? which one?

Good to see you again too! I'll look forward to reading the TRF mag, might even have to re-join :)

Not Trail (the TRF mag) but the monthly (electronic) Oxford TRF newsletter that Pumpy edits, PM me your email address and I'll ensure it reaches you.

Thanks to all for a great day on Tuesday. Also additional thanks to Jonathan for leading our group.

A couple of squeaky bum moments, especially the ones heading for the tree, but all was well in the end :jibber

A few pics from our group, albeit not too many as most of the time was spent hanging on - I mean riding :)

My pleasure and apologies, but which of the many trees out there did you end up heading for ;)

Great set of pics btw, its amazing how things change, the carpark used to always start off with nearly all BMs, not too many to be seen there now...

Aha!, I knew she'd had at least one article posted in Trail, I didnt realise you guys also had your own newsletter, shhhh dont tell the Southern group, we'll have to have one as well ;)

I've PM'd over my email address

Happy New Year to you both - in fact Happy New Year to you all!
