BAKERY offroad RIDE OUT 27th DEC

No problem - Ill bring the maps and meet you early at Bakermans.I think the old Marlbourgh road would be a great track to do after this weather.
See you in the morning 8ish?

Jay B

The old marlborough road is a bit of a favorite of mine- plenty of opportunities for some air time :D

See you at 8!

Would it be a bad idea

to bring a Pillion? My daughter is dead keen to join in a ride out but she's a novice Pillion passenger and I'd only bring her if the gravel is gravel only with no mud & ruts ...........

Any clues?

:nenau

yes it's fine - if the guide goes into mud there will be a gravel road bu I must warn that the gravel roads are muddy and slushy at the mo, so full on road tyres may not be a good idear.

Call I have P.Med my home number

Can't make it tomorrow :( Look forward to seeing the pics though. Might try and get out on the plain in a couple of days for a recce if anyone is interested - Anyone know how long the road to Imber is open?

Right. Just getting organised for tomorrow. Havent been out for over a month so looking forward to it.

Are we sorting out groups tomorrow? Well whatever, I'll go for mud 'n' a challenge (not that I'm an expert). Mike.

off they go and I`m £558 richer :thumb2

Thanks for a very 'interesting' ride out!The company and the food was first class. I've never ridden on ice like that before, quite an experience!!

Good to see how much was raised for MENCAP.:thumb2

Can we have sun and heat for the next one please :D

2008 was good ride out but very icy. I chickened out this year as firstly, I've got my parents staying over and secondly, I didn't want to risk breaking anything this close to our departure for Calum's Road.

Where's the pics Steve?

Fantastic day and not a turkey sandwich in sight. I found the day really tough and had to turn down the heating in the car.
