It's good to see so many positive reviews for Rainbow & no negatives.
On that basis I rang their service team yesterday & spoke to a chap who gave me some sensible answers to questions I've been trying to get answered by BMW Motorrad Customer Services & Pidcocks for 2 months without any joy. One 5 minute call was all it took.
I'll certainly take the bike there for her next service.
It also means I won't have to have the walk of shame into Balderstones with my head down, having previously told them they'd never have the chance of getting my business. (Once again my big mouth & short temper let me down).
