Bar La Plaza in Tubilla and N623

Recommendation for the Bar La Plaza in Tubilla on the N623 running south from Santander.
Nice bike stop, the owner is a biker and had various bike paraphernalia inside, super friendly and park outside.

Near some very pretty waterfalls

and the n623 is a great road, the small roads of this are even better.

Recommend hostel/Restaurant Conchita (Bo. Corconte, 1, 39294 Corconte, Cantabria) just off the N623, by the lake, a very nice menu of the day was had there recently, of note the seafood soup starter, but the grilled Dorada and cheesecake was good too, best bit for us was that we could enjoy a bottle of vino vinto too (included) as there is a motorhome aire directly opposite.
