Any of you guys have the Nippy Normans Radius bar risers fitted and if so do you like them?

I fancy having the bars just a tad nearer as I use a sergent seat which tends to keep you back in the saddle.

Thanks

word of warniing eight weeks to get a refund of nippys when my risers didn't turn up,had to set visa on them.Won't be using them again:censor:

On the other hand..mine turned up next day! As has everything I've ever ordered off 'em over the years...

However I've not bothered with them. I'll dig 'em out of the tool box and they're yours for 2/3rds of whatever I paid for 'em plus postage...:D

risers

Ok let me know when you dig them out.

Are they the redius type which I think does 20 mm up and 40 mm forward.

Thanks

I have a pair of NN radius risers if all else fails. Nearly new. Used for a few days only. Pm me if interested but away now until Monday night.

I've got them on my 06 GSa and love em ......... I used to get a pain in my left elbow after about an hours worth of riding but all is well and good now I've got the risers fitted :thumb

NN..bloody brilliant..

Mmmm

wish I had seen these posts before i ordered a set last night from NN I maybe could have saved myself some brass!
I just feel that my arms are to straight most of the time when riding my gsa and would like em to be just a tad nearer to me, i did think 40mm closer sounded a lot but we will have to see when i have fitted them.

Dont use tank bag so that dont wory me.

why do you yhink so many second hand ones on market???????

Probably because they are a possible solution to an ergonomics problem on the bike that don't suit everyone.

There's nothing wrong with the product itself at all, but some people find they don't suit the new position......simples :nenau

Definitely worth a try though..it can make a huge difference to position/comfort/pain on long journeys :thumb2

i tried the risers from nippys close but not right.
got a set of rox risers from the states they adjust up and down
and forward and back they have a very nice finish not paint like nippys'
and if i rember right cheaper.
just my tupence worth.
