Bar risers inc with the Enduro pack

The bar risers were not fitted when I collected my bike , does anyone have them fitted ?

Any thoughts ? I noticed my arms are sloped compared to straight on my 1250.Had a decent ride yesterday and my forearms are aching today ,wrists are ok ,wondered if they'd make much difference?

I've ordered the wunderlich up and back. The enduro set are high enough but i prefer back a bit.

I had the 25mm ones and found them good , but once I had got used to the bike I took them off , but still wanted a slight increase so went for the 15mm ones .( they came as a set 30mm in total , 4 parts) and find this perfect.
I did have the up and back but found them to upright and it made the front a bit twitchy for some reason , chopper like . so took them off mid ride near Brecon as the bike felt odd .
I found without them from new I was getting a bit of neck ache , but looking back it was January and wet most of the time so could put it down to that , all good now with the 15mm and and the bars set around 5 degrees up which puts me up but more over the front .

They seem fine, though only done 600 miles. I had the Wunderlich up and back on the 1250, the 1300 are straight up. I would prefer the former, giving a bit more bend in the arm, but not about to change them.

I think I have 4 x 15mm risers with my pack. After a few rides without them fitted, I've now fitted one pair of 15mm and will give that a try.

Has anyone who fitted all 4 supplied risers or the Wunderlich up & back risers had to re-route or otherwise adjust the cables?

I rode with all 4 (as came fitted standard) for most of a year, but decide to try the up and back risers a month ago and I do prefer the latter. No need to adjust the cables. The up and back made for a very close fit with the SW Motech tank bag. (It just touches the switches but does not depress them).

I went for up and back with no issues re cables. Much better for my back.

I had bar riser on my last 1300gs there was 2 extra steps each side

I was wondering about fitting up and back risers, I’d put some on my 1200 and they stopped me getting shoulder pain

Strangely, even though the 1300 feels slightly more leant forward I don’t get any shoulder pain, I did wonder though if a more upright position might help with seat comfort

I had a loan bike when mine was being serviced that had the double stacked enduro pack risers, it obviously felt different but not really any better or worse, so I don’t think I’ll bother with any risers for now
