So there was I revving the cobwebs out of the BSA when a neighbour appears from the white smoke.
We start chatting about old bikes and I mention that i've sold the BSA and am looking for a new project.

He then says the magic words ...
"I've got an old BMW in the barn that you might be interested in".......

So we wheel it out and its a nice unmolested R25.

Going to take a battery round tomorrow and see if it starts.......
