Battery dead on sky.

This is a long shot. Is anyone near Sky that has a spare battery I could purchase to get me home to West Lothian? I am about to get off the ferry at Uig in the next half hour.
It runs with a jump start but I will need to stop for fuel at some point which means it is dead again.

It’s a 22 plate gs 1250

Grab some jump leads (most petrol stations have them) and get a jump off someone at the next fuel stop. Probably easier than trying to source a battery at 6pm on a Sunday evening!

Can you open the fuel cap with the engine running? Not sure I can with keyless.

If the cap won’t open get your torx tool from under the seat & remove the two front torx bolts

The jump leads worked. My friend had the same issue but the bike cut out as soon as the jump leads were removed. Luckily for me mine kept going.
