All ready for a day out, tried to turn steering lock off, keyless, bugger all.
Changed fob battery still the same. Attached an old battery to the bike and steering lock came off but not enough power to start bike. Called BMW recovery, guy tried putting charge into it but only got to 6V.
So the bike is now on it's way to Bowkers.
It had only been stood for a day.
Battery was dead flat. My thoughts are the Canbus hasn't shut down & left my auxiliary lights on. The recovery guy said he's taken 3 in lateley where this has happened.
