Did the chip you bought make any noticable improvements and what other mods have you done, also what cat-code plug if any are you running. I have an 1100GS that I am thinking of fitting the same chip to as well as a Sebring can (no cat).
That looks like a bargain. Wish I spoke German I'd ask them if they've got one for the GS.
I've spoken to Bob, but his chip is for the single-spark 1150, sadly mine's a twin-spark which needs a different chip (or so BB say and I suppose they're the experts).

I have a Lazer exhaust on mine and yes the chip helped overall I think, but my bike is running rough due to me messing up the TB balancing with my duff carbtune. Plus it is running rich too I think. I need the CO resetting for the new chip, I guess?
So its hard to say how effective the new chip is. I need to get the bike to Steptoe for an accurate throttle body balance and a adjustment of the CO. Then i 'll get it run on the dyno.
I do have a big hole in the power between 4 and 5k which may be the throttle bodies out of balance? I certainly hope it isn' the chips remapping, or it will go straight in the bin!
My bike is a non cat version and i cant remember what colour plug is in there. i'll check later.
