Hi there am new to the GS world and was just wondering if anyone hay got any photos of a yellow R12 GS with a beak extender? Am mulling over getting one but would like to see how it looks first.
Some recent shots taken in the rain of my yellow 1200GS with beak extension...
I would not buy one from E-Bay, they are regularly auctioned with a starting price of £19.99 or more, and regularly complete for more than £40.00. The beak extension only costs £20.93 inc VAT from a BMW dealer.
You will also need two metal collars and longer screws. These are not included from the e-bay sales so you will end up either manking it up or going to the dealer anyway.

yellow ones are faster and with the beak extender ---------in a wind tunnel they would have no resistance......................enough said
