Anyone on for heading for an overnighter in Allihies, west cork saturday. A good spin and a few pints is in order before the weather turns?

Plan?

The plan is to have a few pints in Allihies on saturday night
Myself and an associate who has purchased a new Adventure and wants to rack up the kms so as to get the first service done are heading down the motorway to prc. We hope to leave Drogheda at 10.30 ish and get lunch along the way. We may have to venture into carriagline briefly but then propose to head for the beara in a meandering and scenic fashion.If your interested pm me your phone no&i'll contact you on the wireless.
Accomodation to be arranged shortly.

Ended up in Castletownbere as the B&B in Allihies would accomodate us in the bed dept but couldnt give us breakfast. The bar where we normally eat wont be doing food till april and for 3 lonesome cold hungry bikers it wasnt an option. We got a great feed, and b&b in Castletownbere (Murphys) for €50. The weather was ok except for sunday morning. It rained till we got to Cork city. Did a tad over 1k klms on the pan euro with 15psi in the back wheel Its going to a new owner this week, i couldnt get used to it. I should have checked it before i left but i was running late, no excuse i know. Looking forward to some more runs this year now that i have the ktm nearly prepped for long distance work.
