Have to say it's taken me a year and a half and three other bikes after selling the 12GS to find a bike that I am really happy with. I did think that the Tiger 800 was going to be 'the one', especially after the test ride, but I couldn't get past the Versys as the next best thing for a lot less money. I'm glad I did go for the Kawasaki as it is brilliant fun and in all honesty, I don't really need a dual purpose bike.

Over 600km on the bike, went to the Ri, Dubh rally in Shannonbridge last night (Tipp photorally location also) Holy Island in Lough Derg today and a few new megaliths on the way home after

As for you DancerDave.... I'm still wondering how i'm gonna pay off my credit card, pay for the bikes first service, never mind the trip to Europe next month and luggage..... and euros for spending.... Blah blah blah.

But OMG, that some price for a titanium and carbon set-up...... How many sleeps till payday?

Don't fall in love with the blue one too much. Every dealer in the UK was only allocated 2 bikes and afaik they're all sold

2 dealers are advertising them in the bike section of eBay. One is cheekily trying to get £250 over list price though.
