Well, I've decided to go for the K1300S. Havn't got it yet due to this blxxdy weather!
Only time will tell if its the right choice or not.
Need to look for a tankbag & luugage now!

I still have a used SW Motech/Bags Connection "Engage Sport" tankbag off my old K1200S available including the mounting ring which attaches to the filler cap. It's in good condition except for some wear on the expansion zip at the rear of the bag and the tags on the main zip have both snapped off (within a week of each other after three years regualr use) - they just need a small keyring of something attacheing to the zipper body.

Drop me a PM if interested. I've already sold the panniers and SW Motech rack.

Sven, I may take you up on the tank bag, but I will wait until I get the bike to see how it would fit.
Is the SW motech rack worth having? Did you have a tailpack or top box on it? I have a Givi V45 top box and was wondering how this would fit/look on the Bike.?

I have a Givi 52L topbox on my K1300r which looks fine:

I have seen V45 boxes on 1300S and that looks OK. Have you looked on the Givi site?
