belzona 8311

Hi all was just wondering if any off you could help with a little query? my brother in law is a stevedore working at a fuel wharf , he has given me a tin of belzona 8311...he says its a similar thing to acf 50 but i'm not so sure so i just thought i'd ask if anyone on here knows anything? i've searched the net with no success...over to you guys
