You may find it a bit stiff when its cold but it will settle down over the next couple of thousand miles.

How old is the fuel in Bertha ?? The modern stuff can go off quite quickly so a fresh tankful might improve the running.

Bob, I don't think the fuel is the issue unfortunately.

She runs beautifully a slow speed, but it has all the symptoms of not getting enough fuel at higher speeds. I'm wondering if the float bowls may be sticking. They feel ok if you jiggle them around though
