tabasco, do a search as this subject has been dragged over the coals with the usual interesting opinions.
My hp2 has the wunderbra/lich blacks engine bars. They work well and i would advise any buyer of a hp or gs to install them.I stack it alot on my hp2 and it takes the brunt of my irrational behaviour.
I have touratech crash bars and I wouldn't ride hard in the bush without them. They don't look the smartest but they look like they will save the engine in a stack.
Thanks! I knew that would probably be the answer and considering the condition of the bars on my 03 GSADV, it is the proper way to go. I just hate fookin up the clean lines on this beast. On the other hand, lines mean shite in the middle of the mountains with a broken cover.
You have the right bloke that made the side tanks. I am not interested in making more side tanks because they take too long to make and they will be too expensive Sorry
Unless you have no problem paying approx. $3,500 for a set
hendo u went to some hassle for those tanks man. Im sure they are worth every cent but i might stick with the hpn tank. If u ever want to off load the moulds let me know, maybe i could get some bloke to do it over here cheep for me.
