Just detected a small amount of play in my rear wheel when wiggled at the 3 & 9 position but hardly any at 12 & 6?
With someone else wiggling the wheel, I could feel a bit of movement between the swingarm & bevel box - I assume that the Paralever Pivot bearings need loosening & re-torqueing or replacing?
Thinking of replacing them as they're cheap enough & I've replaced them on an airhead GS before, I take it that the procedure is the same?
Whilst the bevel box is off, I'll be lubing the splines - is it worthwhile removing the swingarm also & lubing the splines at where shaft & gearbox meet?
