i'm stipping my gs down ( 95 pd classic ) to paint it and fix a couple of things .
when i drained the bevel drive , the drain plug magnet was covered in aluminium paste and bits of steel .
i think its rebuild time , only prob is , i'm not sure i'm a good enough mechanic . is this a specialist job and if it is , who can i get to do it .
i'm goin to contact richy moore to see if he can do my heads .
i was going to get new exhaust pipes as well , but i think blasting and painting will have to do till 2013 .
will the crash bars from another model fit , i need a l/h one .
cheers , jody

Before anything else, I'd just refill the oil and ride it around for a while and re-check the plug. Theres always some crap on the mag plug it doesn't always mean doom and gloom.

Whole teeth would also be bad news! Hi John, did you sell your airhead in the end?

Yes :( as when FGS went belly up it was hard justifying having three bikes in the garage. Now up in ABZ as an ARC signatory for the humming bird lot. How you doing in the land of EASA?

flushing oil
