If i pull the throttle cabel to the left hand pot it revs up if i do that to the right one thats the one that dies etc i can feel the injectors pullsing etc could it just be a plug your advice is most welcome any advice on the best plugs would be helpfull

A few things to check....

Are the throttle cables seated properly in the nipples/barrels at the throttle bodies? This can cause rough running.

I had a similar problem with my 1100 and it was due to the R/H injector not being seated properly. I waggled it and it sorted it ( I bought some new O rings and a spare injector just in case too).

Regarding plugs I would go for NJK eons (platinum) if you can find them, they last abit longer than standard plugs and give a stronger spark.
If it is a plug fault however a standard replacement will obviousley cure it.

As above +1.
Easiest first, swap spark plugs over to see if problem moves.
If yes-replace plug.If no,swop injectors.
I believe there is a test to see if injectors are working by turning the motor over until the ignition sensor fires the injector.Do a search to get the correct procedure.

Pull the rubber cover back from the wires going to the rh injector and check carefully that one of them hasn't snapped.

A couple of weeks ago a bike of similar age had these symptoms and DEN spotted the cause:clap
