They truly arecunts....I know this to be true.

Outrageous
I just like motorcycles. I also like well designed interiors. I'm rather partial to tattoos as well. I don't need anyone's approval for any of my interests.
I think that just about covers it for me. Peace and love Dozer, peace and love.![]()

You're tattooed yet you criticize others for getting the same. You trot out the very reason most people use that aren't tattooed. That is that they will regret it.
Melch you just don't get it. The whole hipster thing is a trend which is almost over, and it just happened to involve motorcycles and tattoos this time. Think mullets in the 80s and what todays photos will people look at, in 10 years time, and say 'what the fuck was I doing....?' Most hipsters sleeve tattoos are almost new, have a look next time. Once sleeve tattoos become un trendy, next stop tattoo removal.... Hipsters aren't into tattoos or motorcycles particularly, it just happens to be the fashion at the moment, albeit a slightly longer lasting one, due to inking and the sheer fucking cost of getting into it, the haircut, sleeve tattoos, the customised Triumph scrambler.... These guys weren't around 5 years ago and they wont be around in 2 years time. Tey will have moved on to classic American muscle cars, or donkeys, or helicopters or something.
According to my local experts (my kids) the next trend is already here, which is very classic suits and ties etc. Something else I'm completely unsuitable for.
I had to laugh....I confess....I enjoy visiting the BikeShed......it has its own charm.....I admire the success the proprieter(s) have made of it. I would consider myself " a biker" although although the BikeShed is at the polar opposite end of my usual haunts...do you think we should invite Dozey to our next trip in April to Ink and Iron? A place that has one or two "real bikers" amongst the tattooed hipsters.....it'd be a gas....
I'm an 18 stone tattooed skinhead

I suddenly agree with you.
If I arrived at one of these establishments on an old Brit bike I would expect to be treated like a shinning light appearing through the dim gloom like Henry IV wearing the white plume of Navarre.![]()

I do get it, I just don't give a damn what others do. Some will give up bikes, some will get bitten like we all have and get a lifetime of enjoyment from it. Who is to say that the enjoyment they are currently experiencing from motorcycling is any less relevant.
Some will regret their tattoos some won't. I couldn't give two fucks. Other people's lives...makes no odds to me. To each their own. Virtually everyone is affected by fashion to a lesser or greater degree, whether they admit it or not...deal with it.
"real bikers"I had to laugh....
You obviously do give a damn or you wouldn't be involved in this conversation.

You're the expert on that I think!
