karma better exist cos someone out there certainly deserves theirs
taken.
Gutted.
probably lifted & put in a van rather than steering broken and pushed away with the alarm going given the amount of time i was away from it. taken from greenwich south street SE10 at 20:10 this (friday 29th) evening. reported stolen MX06CUV KTM 950sm in black and orange with wings cans.
will post more details & pictures tomorrow am (if i can find any now my phone and laptop have gone with it (locked top box with a bag with 3 days traveling dirty clothes and work stuff in there, thankfully wallet, passport and house and shed keys in my jacket pockets ) on here and any other sites (londonbiker, visordown ?) that anyone could recommend to get the word out and eyes open for it across the community (i've seen 1 other 950sm in london in 6 months+ of ownership and daily riding so if it's on the road anywhere in the south east another biker will see or at least hear it).
fingers crossed
a few changes made since the photo that should make it more recognisable:
950 duke front mudguard with fender extender (so has the standard hiogh level motox style orange mudguard but below it a black wheel huggung type as well).
rear pyramid hugger extender (but no chain guard)
rear tail tidy with aftermarket led light
pair wings metal cans with carbon tips
ergo gel seat
shock sock
various bit of orange bling (master cylinder cover and frame holes plugged)
black side stand extension foot plate
rear kappa top box
non standard wing mirrors
orange mesh radator cover
SAS blanked
please keep your eyes peeled across south london and kent and if you see a black and orange ktm go take a look / have a chat with the rider (ask him what bike the front muguards is off or where he got the rad guard etc.)
i can post engine numbers here unless anyone knows that to be a bad idea?
i will go and ride the area today and see what i can see (quite tempted to set up a trap with my other bike in the same placeto see if they come back and pinch that one too and sit there with a baseball bat)
thanks very much!
if i find any better images will post (phone and laptop in the top box so struggling to find images)
