I used a chap called Keith Gough, based in Cheltenham - who is part of a small driving school whose name escapes me - he was excellent (was recommended to me by someone else from here (Rob Mac) - his contact details - 01242 691888 (Driving School) or 01594 827094.
The cost was somewhere in the region of £300 to get me through the test (which he did) - definately recommend him.
I did mine with Go Bike not actually Gloucester but the trainer (Chris) is from the Forest of Dean and uses the Gloucester testing site.
I passed my test with him 3 years ago, good bloke
Up to a 125 on L plates for 2 years. After 2 years to carry on riding she would need to do CBT again (its actually something like 13KW power which is a 125)
There is another law about having a full car licence and riding a max of 50cc but i cant remember what that is, sorry.
This is Martyn Hillier territory (PM him through this forum or contact details below). It might be worth seeing if he'd be prepared to make a recommendation.

I used a bloke called Martin Lambert, he's based in Tewkesbury, but instructs and uses the facilities in Gloucester. Got me through from scratch in 5 days, very relaxed and a nice bloke.

Keith works for Tom Clark ( under "Tom's school of motoring" ) & is excellent, BUT I have to say I have heard nothing but good about the other local trainers named in this thread.
