Mind you, even when the polis catch some little scroat, the PF might not prosecute, the courts give them little slapped wrists and we all pay for the guilty b***ard's defence.

Time the whole justice system was sorted out and thieving a few grands' worth of property was treated as serious theft.

Shoplifters get mair punishment.
