Hi fokes,

Just in the process of planning another trip to wonderful norway. We have been a few times before and have always travelled by ferry and road.

This year are considering road transport of bikes then flying over to collect. Probably looking at end may 2025.

There appear to be limited options from northern ireland and Republic of Ireland but has anyone shipped a bike from Ireland recently?

Many thanks

Kevin

Kevin, I used Overlanders last summer for a trip to Norway. They provide a top notch service and take care of all bikes as if they were their own. Obviously, you are restricted to the dates they provide - but on the flipside, you are gaining 4 to 6 days with you and your bike in Norway. They will, at an additional cost, get your bike to their depot in Gorey, Co. Wexford if it's not convenient for you to do so.

Plus one for Overlanders, they took my bike to Germany and I rode it back home. For a few quid extra, they will collect from N. Ireland (Philip McCallen's showroom) which save the trip to Gorey Co. Wicklow. (y)
