Sent letter to dealership telling them I will not be accepting the bike back and want either a full refund or a replacement new bike. Funnily enough they phoned that afternoon to say they think they now know what the problem is. Cutting a long story short I'm now, with agreement of the dealership getting the bike replaced. My problem now is they have been unable to give me a lead time on this. I also need to remove all parts I added to my bike eg: oil cooler protector, crash bungs, frame inserts and various other items. BMW customer services have also agreed to compensate me for the time without my bike. Don't know what that'll be yet. Also told dealership I'll expect first service for free as I already had that done with original bike. So, although things seem to be progressing I'm still without a bike and still have issues to resolve. Will let you know how it progresses as soon as I know.
