What is the collectives view on value of a 2011 BMW R1200GSA twincam ,56,000 miles, full dealer service history, non esa model. Good condition.

thanks in advance.

It's probably a great bike with manus left in it. However stuff wears out.

Clutch will have less than 20K remaining.
Is the gearbox quiet in neutral and do the footrests vibrate at speed (driveshaft).

Also what age are the shocks? If it's original the front will be nearly worn out. The rears last about 30K so almost certainly replaced at some time.

My final drive was rebuilt at 50K. Mike said all bearings were at end of life.

Sent somehow.

Value? Less than you think is the best guide. I was offered £6500 in August as trade in for a 2012 GS Rallye, full luggage, ESA, no ABS, 20,000m. Kept it.

Wow, think I saw one just like that in Woolastons, they're asking £10500 for it!!

The price offered and the showroom sticker price a week later are two very different things.

Yep, and that price was the same at 2 separate dealers, BMW against a used bike and a Yamaha dealer against a new Tracer 900. Got a new bike anyway with £1300 to Revs for a set of Wilbers.
