Biker in need of help, Dublin.

I've a goretex suit I don't use that might suit him. 40 inch chest and 30/32 waist.

Sent from my Tiger 800

That would be fantastic! He has no boots!!
I'll pm you:)

Greetings all from sunny Brisbane. What an unhappy coincidence.
As I am absorbing all Rohan's sunshine I dropped a few bob in his account to even things up.

He should come home. The weather is MUCH better.

We'll done Kev and Mide.

boots

Heard the clip on the radio as it was broadcast. That young lad is lucky to have retained such a professional Media Handler in Luke!!!Well done Luke.
I have an good pair of lightly used Oxtar Goretext boots he is welcome to. I will pop something in his paypal account. Depending on his size I might have a helmet if he without one, equally depending on his size i have plenty of gloves.pm as you wish.
Unfortunately I haven't seen a size 32 waist in a long time.

I met Rohan in Kev & Mide's last night. A lovely unassuming guy who seems genuinely touched by the response on here.
Hats off to him, 32000km from Japan to Ireland, solo, at 21 is a fair achievement :clap
Just a shame it all went tits up here

Fair play to everyone who has contributed or offered gear & bikes. Give yourselves a pat on the back :bow

Giant Loop

My friends at Giant loop have agreed to help Rohan out if he doesn't have luggage when he gets the bike back or doesn't get the bike back and has to outfit a new bike. :thumb Cheers! Noah

A wee help sent via p pal :thumb
All the best fella :beerjug:

I cant do much from up here and as any of you know me

Will know that he could probably use one of my old jackets as a Marquee never mind a tent

I am promoting on the bakebook side of things

Do we have a list of what he is still needing I have a few contacts for things and "may" be able to source "stuff"

I do know of where there is a not too expensive KLR in reasonable enough condition at little money and I can help him mechanically to check over and set up for overlanding " Again" :aidan

Couple of quid dropped with Paypal... Good luck to Rohan - I hope he gets his bike & gear back. What a crappy thing to have happen when you are halfway around the globe (or anywhere for that matter).

Hats off to Kev & Mide and all others reaching in to give a hand. :thumb2

Rohan - if you need a roof over your head in London, you are most welcome.

What a shame that the thieving scum that litter the Fair City aren't as easily eliminated as the difficulties faced by some of their victims.

Ok. . . . . The press side of thing s is done. Next its time to up the search for the bike. I'm meeting up with some traffic bikers in the morning. Going to see if we can get a "marked jeep" to go in and search the "usual places" where these bikes go. When Noah was here we got the air support unit involved but with the way resources are gone they wont fly unless its life or death :blast so we cant look for the bike from the air.

Help given

Sent a few quid to his Paypal. Well done to everyone here who's put right a wrong.

Just listened to the radio broadcast, he"s in good hands at the moment, :comfort

A donation sent, good luck to him ! :thumb

:beerjug:

Sorry to learn that yet another overlander,s bike has been stolen in Dublin. All thanks and praise to Luke and everyone else who have and are helping Rohan out. We pride ourselves at being welcoming to visitors and such actions by the great people on this site helps to compensate for the dismay, anger and yes embarrassment felt at the actions of the evil thieving %$%$£. When I can find out how to access Rohan's Paypal account I will add a few shekels.
