I'm after a Roof Diversion helmet, this place is selling them at a good price, but I've bought one mail order before and despite being the same size as the one I have now, it didn't fit, so would rather try it on first.
Iv'e tried their home page "contact us" feature and left them a message. Tried phoning, no answer, just goes to an American voice saying leave a message at mailbox etc. I don't want to do a 160 mile round trip to find out that they are either a warehouse only, or are closed.
How not to encourage customers.
