Just fitted a pair of these to the 1150 gs, really easy !!. Mounted em under the front indicators with the wires going through a small hole, then along inside the stem and forward to connect to the side light bulb spades.
Very bright for the size and worth the money. Used the white led kit which does have the slight bluish led look. Question ..... want to uprate the sidelight bulb from 4w to brighter one as it now looks 'yellow' - what size bulb can the wiring safely take ?
Sorry cant figure out how to post a picture !!
anyone tell me ?:rob

Hi Hughguzzi,

You need to get yourself one of these:

http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=BA9%2F233+1W+&categories_id=&inc_subcat=1&manufacturers_id=&pfrom=&pto=&dfrom=&dto=&x=68&y=6

It'll go very well with the LED's you have and give the side light a HID look to it:eek::D

Very easy to fit as it's a direct replacemen. A word of advice though, put a thin film of glue/resin around the outside of the top of the bulb. Should you ever take it out they tend to break very easily. I have put Superglue around the outside of mine and it works a treat.....:thumb

Bikevis also do replacement sidelights. Might try one of them Sado!

Thanks SADO they look brill from 'ultraleds' just what I'm after !!
But.... the end looks larger than the standard bulb - will it push up through the rubber tube it sits in ? not sure where you mean to put some glue on the 'bulb' ...better check before I order one !!
thanks again ...:thumb2
