It's me buffday next Saturday......and on the Sunday it's the Essex air ambulance run....so I thought a bit of a BBQ would be nice, plus get a few GSs together to do the run for a bloody good cause.
It leaves Ford Dunton in the morning (Basildon, 8.30am) and wends its merry way up to Harwich where there's a family fun type thing on...last year there were over 4500 bikes on the run so it's a biggy!
That World Champion Stunt Rider Craig Jones bloke will apparently be doing his thang at the start while brekky is served by a host of totally stark naked wenches, then it's off on the road.
(hmm, I may have made a little bit of that up
)
Anyway....I'm in Harwich, 30 secs away from where the bikes end up, I've got a big gas BBQ and parking for a few bikes.......plus if you want to stay the night you're more than welcome, have crash space for a dozen or so on the floor (bring your own mat and bag!)
Oh yes, bring something to slap on the Barbie as well......and whatever alcoholic beverage you'd like to tip down your neck
That's it really.....the forecast is looking good and it'd be nice to get a few GSs out on the road for the event
Pre-registration and info on the ride is HERE and you might win a G6650X that Cannons have donated
(oi, quiet at the back there!!
)
I'll need to know how many may or may not turn up so I know what space is available, so let me know or post here and I'll cap it at a certain number or find some more floor space somewhere
