Bit of valve setting help please

Well i've learned "Z" is very close to "OT" and "S". All back together now, so i will fire it up in the morning. Either it will eat itself cos they are to to tight, or shake itself to bits cos that are to slack.
Or smash itself to a pulp internally............what a joy

Pretty sure i am about right with it, slightly tight-ish but should be ok. Thanks for all the help. I am gonna do fork oil and brake fluid next, and clean out pet cocks when tank runs down a bit.

Critical to re align the Z mark in the fork stanchion when changing the oil

Ermm I don't want to point out the obvious but there are something seriously wrong then. These bikes are usually spot on if they sound like a bag of bolts and nuts thrown into the tumble drier resonating through your earplugs
