Placed an order with Touratech on 7 September, bloody stuff arrived on the 19th - complete, packaged well and with a catalogue!

I mean, where's the fun in that? How am I supposed to be able to whinge about their service if they get it right sometimes?

Not quite as fast as buying the Touratech bits via NippyNorman but I can't, to be fair, complain when this was despatched seven working days after I placed the order via the web.

Lets hope it's an indicator of future performance.

Yes, you can complain about it.

Most decent companies seem to ship stuff within 48 hrs.

Touratech are a shower!

I have ordered a lot of stuff for my Adventure and every order has come to me in part shipments. You would think that after all the phonecalls and the letter writing that their customer service would be better each time around.

Then again who's the idiots, them for falling each time we order there over priced bits or us for actually going back!!

I ordered a couple of bits from Touratech recently. I was told 7-10 days delivery and the goods arrived towards the end of that timescale. However, as pointed out, others turn it around within 2 days. So, still some improvement there.

what did you order Trotsky...?

To be honest, nothing exciting - set of side panels, brake extender, lockable oil filler. Sort of stuff which should have come off the shelf in any normal operation. I'm just amazed because a similar order for the old 1100 took four weeks to turn up.
