Blast up to the borders

Just testing the water, anyone fancy a blast up to Girvan and back in the day, mileage will be about 400 ish, some of the best roads i have ever ridden are around Dumfries and galloway over to Girvan on the coast, the rideout would require an early start all depanding on what route we take, as i said just testing the water, would be nice to get a good blast in before this miserable summer ends. Redstan Garefield are you up for it!!!!!!!!!!!

Early start Stan, not to early, bout eight, no we wont go past Scotch corner we will go over the the yorkshire dales, and join the A66 by Brough or Workop, then upto Penrith and make our way to Dumfies and Galloway.
Date not set, i was purely testing the water and seing if anyone was interested, just let us know if you lot are interested.

Another spanner in the works would be to travel up saturday have a good blast on the bikes, stop the night and make our way back sunday. Chew through that lot Stan and let us know.

As an aside... I'm having a quick blast to Wunderbar Deutschland overnight ferry from Hull 18th July... Hotel Forstahaus in the Eifel, Wunderlich, and then a blast up to the Harz Mountains... back home 26th July.

Put say two/three days on the calender, maybe two nights up there, all invited. Name the dates... we'll sort
