Have read various web sites on changing the brake fluid on the wheel and control circuits on my 2010 ABS GSA, I can see no difficulties in doing the job, the instructions are comprehensive

But being a lazy (and thick) sod, I cant get my head round why it has to be done this way

bleeding from the reservoir down to the calipers in the traditional way seems to change the fluid, ie clean fluid at the top eventually flows out of the bleed nipples and I presume it must go via the control circuits following the path of the brake lines

what is my Low IQ not enabling me to understand :nenau

I will wait for a grown up to answer

You mention wheel and control circuits. Have you been looking at the instructions for bleeding the servo brake system? All you have to do is bleed the brakes at the calipers, it is very straightforward and takes no time at all. This was confirmed by one of the technicians at my local dealer.
