Bloody hot 1200GSA LC

Getting extremely hot underside of my upper right leg when riding my 2018 GSA. Just got off bike and felt upper right side frame (just under riders seat) and this is almost too hot to the touch. Certainly far hotter than left hand side.

Checked display screen and engine temp shown at 84 degrees which apparently is 'OK' according to info.

Anybody else have this issue?

Everything hot is on the right side, and with bike running lean, and in heatwave will surely get warm in them underpants.............

Been riding my 68 plate gsa Rallye in high 30s /low 40 degrees heat on my Portugal trip and noticed nothing unusual but will check later if any issues...

Don't you have a string vest thing for your seat?.. well worth it and only a few £ on e-bat

Have my string vest, nice and comfy, but also wear thick Hood jeans nice thick Kevlar lined, that obviously helps deflect any heat, boiling outside, tis a tad warmer on the right, but that is due to me razzing it down the Autobahns testing my new toys, so exhaust is a tad warm.......

Yep - I have the same problem on my 1250GSA. Seat is bloody uncomfortable and the heat cooks my leg - not really sure how people do so many miles on one

I have ordered a Cool Cover, but I think that is missing the point

Try sitting on a 1290s Ktm in traffic on a hot day, I’ve poached me bollox , remind me not to ride one again, should have learnt the last time ffs , but a fellow wished to ride the new 1250 .
