hi Chas, I bought a RT off this site, best of both worlds as I kept the GS too, so for less than the price of a new one, two bikes, so you can take whicever takes your fancy on the day.
mind you the gs has had a fit of sulks and is refusing to start now!! when the weather perks up you would be welcome to have a try. John B
Have to agree, bought a 06 rt a while back. Love the comfort.Last year spied an 1150 gs from same dealer. So I have one of each. GS great for hooning about on. The missus prefers the 1150, however my daughter loves the rt as its got heated seats. Best of both worlds
