Not sure if its been mentioned in this institution before (Ive only recently been admitted), but has anybody noticed that the seating arrangements aboard the 800 (and doubtless his little sister) do leave something to be desired? Found this http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=402456 over at the other facility,where our bigger boned Colonial cousins are trying to cope with `bikebutt` in thier own playful fashion.Following throughfrom that,I came across http://www.danmedicasouth.co.uk/shop/motorcycle-gel-seat-pad/ I rang them up and spoke to a very helpful lady called Lynne,who said they normally supply thier stuff to NHS and medical supplies all over,but are just now offering a range of pads for bikes.aaaaaaanyway,I ordered a small one thinking to attempt a similar mod to that shown on ADVrider forum.My pad arrived the day after ordering as promised.I got one without the zip off cover,as I intend to put it into the seat permanently,covered with a thin layer of neoprene(oldwetsuit) before restapling original cover back on.
Unfortunately........I ordered the wrong size too small.Shouldve
got the medium,so its goin back for a change o`size tomorrow...............

Don't forget. You'll need a washing up bottle, and some sticky tape. Who's wrecked our garden? I expect most of you are too young for that one!
