Bluetooth Won't Switch Off

I have a newish BMW Bluetooth system, and it has decided it does not want to switch off.

I get the welcome message on switching on, but I just get a single tone bleep when trying to switch off, then nothing.

Any suggestions to try a fix, I'm 400 miles from the nearest dealer, who does not supply BMW helmets, so I suspect not much point in asking there.

Yep and push and hold two tells me the software version

There are several PDF catalogue type files about it, but I can't find a 'manual' type file on any Mottorrad page.

Is there perhaps a little pinhole somewhere on the unit that might be a reset thingy? (poke a paper clip in type reset)

Don't no if will help but here's the manual. page 53. It's a Zip file, the PDF file is too large to send on here. Recommend you leave it until the battery goes completely flat & then recharge it. (should Reset it)
