Auxiliary lights won't switch on

II have a 2023 1250 GSA. The auxiliary lights come on momentarily during the ignition on start-up self check however should I then wish to turn them on by pressing the button on the handle bar control switch, nothing. Has anyone encountered this problem and if so what was the cause/fix? Thanks

Have you switched off the auto/adaptive lights on the top button?
